About Jonathan Rayo

Jonathan Rayo is a Senior Associate on the Residential team at Senné. He specializes in buyer representation for first-time homebuyers and investors in Massachusetts, with a focus in the Greater Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville markets. He also offers seller representation and leasing services to clients in these areas as well. As an experienced real estate professional, he's forged relationships with many Boston-area landlords and developers. His familiarity with the housing market affords him a practical understanding of market trends he communicates to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions. He speaks both Spanish and Portuguese, able to advocate on behalf of international clients. Jonathan is an East Boston resident. He’s originally from New York and moved to the city to attend Northeastern University. Jonathan is an avid dancer and shares this passion by teaching ballroom and Latin dance classes.
